Plea to the Maker of Living Dolls
Take me in parts, dissected and jagged centimeters
Peel my skin in strips applied
Live to her lifeless skeleton, I’ll feel it all
Give my lungs to her breath
My body, inadequate to make her whole
I place her into your hands, Maker
So you may build her anew from me
Neither of us living while she lies, unmoving
Do any of you use Facebook for your writing career? If so, how do you like it? Do you find it works better than, say, Twitter?
What a great poem. I do use Facebook, a little. I have to get better at using it and I think that will happen after my book releases. I hope haha.ReplyDelete
Twitter is a mess for me to use right now. I don't use it very often.
