Sorry about the lack of Tuesday post, I was out on the town with my best friend and we watched The Hunger Games. I thought it was good, even though I don't normally like dystopian worlds.
Going out didn't really help the down-in-the-dumps feling I've been experiencing as of late. I know it is REALLY stereotypical for a writer to slip into depression and I don't want to be one of those brooding people. I, however, have too much stress in my life.
I normally figure out ways around it but I haven't been able to meditate and I don't wish to medicate. I always figure medication is for people who don't understand what's wrong but they are depressed. I KNOW why I am down, I just can't figure a way to make it back up without some major stuff going on.
Being hit by almost a dozen rejections in two weeks doesn't really help much, either.
Do you ever get depressed or down fellow writers? What are some of your remedies?
